Also you can participate by joining a committee to help keep up the high level of standards here at Campden Lakes. We hope you will participate in our community. We invite you to join any committee that interests you.
The Lakes are the Jewels of the Community
As most know, the north and south lakes are the jewels of our community.
Natural Habitat for Wildlife
They provide a natural habitat for wildlife as well as providing our residents and their guests recreational activities like fishing and non-motorized boating.
Professionally Stocked
The lakes are stocked and maintained by professionals.
Fishing is permitted by residents and their guests. However, there is a catch and release policy in effect.
High Level of Expectation
We do our best, as residents of Campden Lakes, to keep our home values and quality of life at a high level of expectation. We do this by following the rules in our Warranty Deed, Design Guidelines, and Code of Regulations. This includes submission and approval of any changes to the outside appearance of your home to the Standards Committee before work can begin.
Because you bought your home in Campden Lakes you are part of a homeowners association and subject to the specifications of these legal documents and a full voting member on all issues that require your approval.
